Executive Hotel Le Soleil

I arrived at Executive Hotel Le Soleil feeling unwell—dehydrated and with a severe migraine. When I asked for water, the staff immediately gave me two bottles without hesitation, and that small act of kindness set the tone for my entire stay. The service here is exceptional. Jenny, in particular, went out of her way to help me feel cared for during a rough start. Housekeeping was consistently thorough, and the room turnover was excellent. The accommodations are both elegant and comfortable. This hotel is truly a gem and well worth the stay.

5 star experience from start to finish. The front desk (especially Maureen) were so kind, accommodating and friendly, the hotel is super clean and the room is so spacious and romantic, with ambient lighting and bright windows. The beds are so comfortable as well. We felt very spoiled and relaxed. We didn’t get to try the food - but maybe next time! Excellent location, but it was really the staff (and beautiful French styled rooms) that made the stay so special. Will definitely stay here again!

If you are looking for a hotel that offers location, great food, and wonderful service this is the place! It's central location makes walking to the Convention center or BC Place a breeze. I had almost every meal on location and the food was fantastic. Try Le Burger and don't skip the Lark bar for dessert. Mwah!!! Hats off to everyone who works there. Found all of them attentive and accommodating. Crack on, Hotel Le Soleil!! Thank you for a brilliant stay.
