Executive Hotel Udine

It is a classic Italian situation. The hotel was built long ago and has not held very well. I understand that situation. Difficult to find money to improve. However, you can see in the small things that they could do better: * in the bathtub have fully orientable water source and washing soap. * Have a breakfast with quality food. In my time, it was not great. Although it was not a catastrophe, I think they can do better with the cards that are played for them.

July 2024: I recently visited Udine Italy and stayed at the Executive Hotel to meet friends who had already booked there. Breakfast was included however I didn't eat any. Our first breakfast was not acceptable : A). bread was covered in bugs. B). food was uncovered , no ice, and had several flies on the food. C) The juices and milk were not cold, or on ice, and cutlery on my table was dirty. D) Staff were not attentive, and we had to ask for coffee as it was in another room. When the table beside us was reset , following a group leaving , the staff used the same cutlery to reset table. When I addressed this with staff, I was told it was a result of a storm a few days prior. No solution was achieved, no suggestion for correction was made. Disgusting presentation of food and no detail to keeping food fresh and safe for consumption. Additionally, on the day of departure , the lifts were not operating from early morning til at least 9 am when we left . The staff at desk had no idea the lift wasn't working, ( the night shift didn't not inform day shift ?) even though many people were carrying their luggage from 4th floor to main floor ( old and young people) each time I called reception , the line was busy. I therefore had to walk downstairs to desk. I would never recommend this hotel.

I’m aware that is an economy standard hotel but I can require it to be clean. Dirty and torn curtains, dirty and dusty carpet. You can feel a dust around of you. There is danger to health by a mould on the tiles in the bathroom. I do not recommend. Terrible płace
