Executive on Fenton

We stayed in an Executive One Bedroom Suite with Hot Tub. The room was tidy and clean. Spacious with 2 Single beds in the lounge and a Double in the room. We enjoyed the Hot Tub. There is a central heating element in the lounge which helped keep the room warm. Overall good value and handy location

Rooms have been refurbished. I liked: the fill your own tub( not wallowing in others body fat) queen in lounge ( can put kids to bed and have evening in lounge) Close to everything. Real milk. Would go back.

We were disappointed with our stay. The room did not reflect the 4-star rating advertised on Booking.com — it felt more like a basic motel. For the price we paid, it was definitely not worth it. Customer service was lacking. When I asked for a hardcopy receipt, the staff member questioned why I wanted one and refused to print it, saying Booking.com had already sent one. This was unprofessional and inconvenient. The room had several issues: the hot tub had regular water (not mineral hot spring water), the shower cubicle was yellowing with unclear glass, there was no lock on the toilet door, and the bed was overly bouncy — any movement from my partner shook the whole bed. On top of that, they only provided one small box of milk for two guests. Overall, not recommended. You can find better value and service elsewhere in Rotorua at a lower price.
