Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The room was spotless and the location was convenient, close to Korean marts and restaurants. A special thanks to Aracelli — she truly saved my day. I urgently needed to print some important documents for a business meeting, and she went above and beyond to help me. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to assist were outstanding. This level of service is rare, and I truly appreciate her dedication. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

I recently stayed at the Executive Plaza Hotel in Coquitlam for two nights and had a wonderful experience, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Mohammad at the front desk. From the moment we checked in, Mohammad’s warm and welcoming nature made us feel right at home. He was incredibly kind, professional, and went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. Whether it was helping with local recommendations or quickly assisting with requests, his hospitality was truly exceptional. It’s rare to come across someone so genuine and attentive in the service industry. A big thank you to Mohammad for making our stay memorable. The hotel was great overall, but the service we received from him stood out the most. Highly recommend staying here—and if you're lucky, you'll get to be welcomed by Mohammad too!

A great affordable hotel! The staff were very accommodating and friendly, and went out of their way to assist us. The room was clean and comfortable, and very quiet. The only drawback is that they don't have Smart TVs in the rooms. We booked directly with the hotel and got a good rate with a 1 pm checkout time, which is fantastic. The restaurant was closed in the afternoon and evening on the days we were here, which was disappointing, but the pub next door was great. Lots of eateries within walking distance. We had a lovely time, and will definitely come back.
