Exodus Dandenong Apartment Hotel

Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating to my requests. Parked in the secure carpark as the receptionist saw I had two children and didn't charge me for parking which was very nice of him (he could sense the stress I was under- first time with my children staying in a hotel away from home) I slept solid but woke up to my daughter crying as she rolled off the bed inbetween the two single beds in the second room at 6:30am. My children enjoyed the views from the balcony watching the cars and night lights which was splendid. I would stay here again.

I would not recommend this accomodation at all. With a lot of things not functioning , such as remote control, TV and not enough hot water for 4 people staying in a 4 people room. And the room are dirty , full of cockroaches . We stayed the second night and found the room full of small cockroaches, and even in the fridge. We were offered to go to another room and had not enough hot water for group of 4 of us. And got offered to go to another room again. I requested to get refund, and moved out to another hotel close by. Don’t waste your money and time in this hotel. The photos are not what it looks like. It’s old and dirty .

I’ve never written a review before, but I felt compelled to write this one. I booked a room for three people, only to find it had just one bed. The cutlery was dirty, the sheets weren’t clean, and the oven was filthy. The shower had a disabled seat that couldn’t be moved, and when we used it, the water overflowed onto the bathroom floor and into the apartment. The mattress had cigarette burns, the fridge was covered in stickers, and to top it off, there were underwear and clothes left on the balcony. There also weren’t enough utensils for three people, making it even more inconvenient. Overall, this was one of the worst accommodations I’ve ever stayed in—would never book again.
