Exotica Hotel

We had a wonderful family vacation at this hotel! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful – truly some of the most attentive and friendly service we've ever experienced. A special mention goes to a staff member named Rafał (I believe that was his name), who showed exceptional kindness. On Tuesday, July 29th, 2025, I injured my knee on the beach, and Rafał went out of his way to come pick me up and drive me back to the hotel. His help and compassion meant a lot to me during that difficult moment. The care and attention given to guests here is truly outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be coming back!

Our stay at this hotel was simply great. It’s true that the room’s furniture has seen better days (but everything was clean), and we would have appreciated the option for night swimming. But this was more than made up for by the kindest hotel employees and the good food (I especially appreciated the gluten‑free options — though I’d recommend adding some gluten‑free desserts). These desserts looked amazing (and my friends told me they tasted just as good), so it was a little bit of torture for me that there weren’t any gluten‑free ones 😁. We really enjoyed the themed evenings — Greek Night and the live music were amazing. Another lovely detail was watching planes coming in to land right from the hotel. Overall, we really enjoyed the Kalamaki area. A big thank‑you really belongs to the hotel staff, especially the waiters/bartenders (the guys who cleaned the tables in the dining room). They made our vacation truly special; we haven’t met such kind and sweet hotel staff in a long time. Sending our greetings to those dining room waiters, who worked there during our stay from July 25 to August 1 — from Vendy and her group of friends who had quite a few funny adventures with the local cats😁🐈.

we didn't stay in this hotel so can comment on that, we only went for massages. the lady that helped us on the main desk was lovely, sorted everything out for us. the massages themselves where ok. the main thing that let them down was the atmosphere. you go in from the pool area and it feels like your entering a bunker, the rooms didn't feel very welcoming and relaxing and there was no soft music so you could hear everything that was going on elsewhere.
