Exotica The Beach Resort

According to room tariff rooms are not value for money, electronics was not working properly like AC TV FAN REMOTE, then the switchboard was not fitted properly and it was getting spark while using it, then as it was pre-mansoon period and it was not properly cover and as it was raining there was water dripping exactly on my bed so it was worst thing for me in midnight. So it really needs maintenance in property. Staff was very good and food was very good

The location is amazing. Good ambience, literally in front of the beach. You can hear the waves if you sit on the balcony of your room. The food quality in the hotel is nice. Seafood starters are good. They don't serve alcohol but if you buy your own, they allow you to keep it in their refrigerators. The rooms are not that big and they don't have a swimming pool. They have one more property within 2 km, where you can go if you want to go swimming in the pool. The beach was not that clean and we had to go at least 2 km from the property for a cleaner beach. Overall a good experience.

Exotica The Beach Resort has splendid INSECT INFESTATIONS IN THEIR ROOMS to make sure you're disgusted every second of the day. Do you like to take a nice shower to wash away all the weariness? Good! There are TONS of insects in the washroom to keep you company. An added bonus are the fibre walls which ensure zero privacy in the rooms. Are you in Divegar because you like to be away from crowds? Exotica The Beach Resort is for you. The staff will always make you feel unattended. Whatever you can even think to want or need; Exotica The Beach Resort will disappoint you in every regard. The best part of the whole experience was leaving this place and going home. I want everyone to visit this place and understand why I HATE IT WITH ABSOLUTE PASSION.
