I’ve stayed here many times and always found it to be in a great location—very clean, comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. The main reason I wanted to leave a review today is because of the outstanding service I received recently. I had booked a night away but experienced a glitch with my computer, which accidentally changed the date at the last minute. I called and spoke with a lovely lady named Alex, who was incredibly helpful. She quickly fixed the booking, arranged the same type of room for me, and offered a great price. Alex was friendly, professional, and made the whole process of correcting my mistake so easy. Thank you again, Alex—your help was truly appreciated!

Great location, close to the tram stop, but the front desk staff provided very poor service. We were staying at the hotel and asked for some information at the front desk. The staff answered the first time, but we couldn’t hear clearly. So we asked again to confirm. The staff looked at us but didn’t respond at all. If the staff doesn’t want to answer questions, they shouldn’t be working at the reception. They should be assigned to positions that don’t involve speaking with guests, such as housekeeping. Staff training definitely needs improvement.
