Explorer Hotel Montafon

Very pleasant stay. Clean rooms, tasty buffet breakfast (with station to make your own eggs), nice personal. The parking costs 1 euro per day, or 5 for garage per day (but you can always pay outside of hotel area). After 16 there is a bar open (with tasty beer, snacks - pizza, club sandwiches etc.) The only ridiculous thing is coffee price. After breakfast the coffee machine is 'blocked' and you can buy yourself a cup for 3,8€ - in my opinion there is an extremely price for coffee from automatic machine. There is a beautiful mountain river just 2 minutes from hotel :)

I`ve been here with a friend and my dog for two nights ... the stuff was very friendly, especially Coco (my dog has never been treated so nicely in a hotel than by him), really good breakfast (good variety, good quality - organic, with stove top to make yourself e.g. scrambled eggs - so it was fresh and warm and not like in many other hotels from a pot where everything is already cold by the time you arrive at breakfast), rooms very nice as well and the beds comfy! we would come here again!

We got here through a deal, and got a room for a week quite cheap here. The food was good and the entertainment as well. The rooms are also quite big, with a lot of storage space for skiing material, it is also possible to rent and store your stuff here. But during high season all storing spots are usually taken. The only downside if you have to leave during the day is that there is no one at the reception until late in the afternoon. So if you are thinking about arriving early, you might end up standing in front of an empty desk.
