The places is actually nice and the staff was kind. Although they seems not to be cleaning the rooms. I spended one week there and no one cleaned my room. The breakfast was horrible you literally have nothing to eat and if you want some eggs, you must make it yourself. The food wasn't great in general.

It’s an overpriced budget hotel. The staff was kind and location is 10/10. But that’s all the good I can say about the place. Rooms have NO AIRCO and we went in the summer, also due to all the mosquitos we couldn’t open the window. This meant sleepless warm nights (it was especially cruel for our dog who we had to pay 20 € EXTRA PER NIGHT.) The pillows are so small it disappears under your head. The bathroom constantly had a sewage smell (which was fantastic because we couldn’t even open the windows after 7 due to the mosquitos). When we got back from the hike and I wanted a coffee, they made us pay 4.7€ for a machine made coffee that I had to make myself…ridiculous. Definitely not coming back.

Attention first Time travellers & International guest from all Over the world ! This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had , I assure you if you take this hotel after my warning you will also experience the same ! 1) we paid 120 Euros for one night , Checked in at 5:30 - every hotel would check out by 12:00 noon but this one we were asked to check out at 10:30 am !! And if we wanted to extend the room it cost us an additional 30 Euros just till 6 in the evening but we had to do it anyway because there is no way to leave all of a sudden. 2) we went to the common balcony at 5:40 , 20 minutes before checkout , how does the automatic card key system decline before checkout time we were stuck outside had to go to the reception desk half dressed to access the card again ! ( what type of a behaviour was this from a “so called high end “ hotel ? 3) THE SPA IS ONLY FOR 2 hours a DAY!! ( I asked the staff on the opening of the sauna & steam one said it was 3 , I went to ask them to open it another said it was at 5 PM ! , again I had to walk all the way to the reception desk to ask them to open it Again ! / what type of amenities of the provide if you can’t maintain a basic utility of the hotel ?? . And it’s working only until 7 in the evening !! ) 4) Overall it was a disaster experience especially the non information of the timing & the Card key declining was the last chance for me. I am sure they will write a follow up for my review apologising , but it will not change the experience neither will I get a refund from this too costly mid average place !
