This place could be more pleasant. The room is okay. However, there is no cleaning service, the guests are not allowed to let any food rests in the units and there is no chance not to produce any because there is no place to eat in this huge building. The walls are too thin, and you hear your neighbours. The pool is nevertheless very nice, and you can go for a swim and take a couple of impressive photos.

The room is actually fine apart from the noise. You can hear other guests throughout the night coming and going. The staff on reception are not interested in anything just sat on Tiktok. Had to ask serval times for the room to be cleaned. Coffee machine broken in reception even tho I paid for a coffee reception team not interested at all. Having to pay extra for the roof top pool and gym is also a joke. The free pool on the 8th floor is ok however the jacuzzi and sauna were closed the whole week we stayed here which is also ridiculous. The day we were leaving we asked to store bags and told we had to pay to leave bags? Utterly ridiculous! Would recommend anyone to stay elsewhere.

The most stupid hotel.. Deposit Rm300.. Upon checking out Wont return immediately .. False advert ..Gym got to pay Rm20 .. Roof Pool got to pay also.. Room got no table dono where to put our stuff (only on the floor) got washing machine but no place to hang.. Plenty of rules .. Give 1 star cos got micro wave
