I stayed here last weekend. Absolutely loved everything about it. We were met by an extremely lovely lady in reception who found a vase for the wilting roses my daughter had given me early in the day. A very lovely gesture. The reception area was well set out and nicely decorated. My room was lovely. Very good value. It was spacious and extremely clean .The bed was extremely comfortable and there were lovely touches with the Chanui tea.Location was excellent. Very central. As a single woman I felt safe and comfortable staying here. Ill definitely be returning and telling my friends about this gem.

An excellent place to stay! Stayed 3 nights. Good sized rooms, that are nicely updated. Yvonne at reception is both kind and super helpful, and clearly loves her job. Nice kitchen, with everything you need for self cooking, in our one bedroom unit. Quality Teas, coffee, hot chocolate, milk provided. Very clean. Even the TP and tissues were high quality (it matters!). Service staff are very friendly and accommodating. Easy walking distance to attractions and marine parade, everything you might like to see. Woolworths a short walk away. Lots of good restaurants and shopping close by. Felt very comfortable staying here. Thank you Yvonne and team.

Can recommend this hotel- on arrival we were given exceptional service by Evie in reception. Everything worked just fine and it was super central! The décor was a bit dated but everything was spotlessly clean and everything was just right. As we were touring on a motorbike it was great to be allowed to park out of sight at the bins if we wanted to
