Rooms: 22/30 (Room decoration and cleanliness: 11.5/15. There is not much decoration and is basic while not looking bad. It’s pretty clean.) (Room amenities and quality: 6.5/10. There is a table, bathroom, and beds, with a small TV and fridge. The bare minimum. The view is also quite poor with there not being much.) (Bed comfort: 4/5. Pretty good and soft pillow too unlike some places.) Facilities: 27/35. There is just a small pool and gym. Not much but not terrible. Service: 11/15. Though most people are friendly, there is no people to bring our luggage up. Furthermore it is just okay, nothing much. Food: 6/10. The breakfast and dinner menus are both mid. Tastes just okay. Some dishes tastes fine while others, not so much. The snacks are good. Location: 9/10. Pretty good location near the airport and near some convenience stores while also near a few restaurants. Overall: 75/100. It is not a bad hotel, but it is just okay. The verdict is that I am from Thailand and I might have experienced better there, but this hotel does not quite meet its ‘4 stars’ claim and feels closer to a 3-star hotel with most things being average. N.B. Once again, I am from Thailand so I experienced different things, but even in Turkey I see some options that seem much better for only a few hundred extra lira.

Very disappointing experience – would not recommend! I stayed at this hotel and had a truly uncomfortable experience. The air conditioning in the entire hotel does not work, and my room was unbearably hot and stuffy. I called reception three times before someone finally came to my room. Unfortunately, the staff member didn’t speak any English and had to use Google Translate to tell me that the AC system is broken and that I should just open the windows. Well, opening the windows is not really a solution either – the hotel is located on an extremely noisy street with nonstop traffic and constant honking, day and night. It’s absolutely impossible to rest or relax with that kind of noise. Overall, the communication with the staff was difficult due to the language barrier, and the room conditions were terrible. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

We stayed three nights with my family and I selected this particular hotel, because in the listing it says that it has private parking. When we arrived and I asked where I could park my car, the person at the front desk told me to leave it at the street and that there was no parking. If I knew that I would never pick this hotel! The guy told me that the street at the back of the hotel is used only for guests but there were all parked cars, trucks and other vehicles and I had to search for a parking space for 20-30 minutes every time I dare to use my car. The final night I managed to park my car in front of the hotel and the next day it was all scratched. When I asked the hotel if they could take a look and find out who did it, since they have cameras everywhere, they didn't really bother at all. A few days after we left the hotel there is still no answer. The rooms seem clean, but when my 2 year old daughter walked for a few minutes her socks were black at the bottom. The rooms are also very noisy. Even with all windows closed you can still hear people talking outside from the 4th floor. The mornings at the breakfast it was freezing cold. We had to take our jackets to the restaurant so we can warm up a little bit. The first day of our arrival we requested an extra towel for our daughter, none were provided during our whole stay. I requested a few times at the front desk without any success. I would never go back to this hotel again! Edit 1: As I mentioned before, the problem is not that I had to park my car everytime. The issue it that when I asked where I can park my car, where is the hotel's parking the person at the front desk told me that it's the street that they are using as parking for the guests of the hotel. I don't blame the hotel for scratching my car. It's not your fault. The main issue I had is that when I asked nobody told me that there is a private car with that capacity where I can leave my car.
