Extremadura Hotel

Check in efficient and friendly. Room spacious, clean and good beds. Got water boiler for coffee and tea making. Bathroom clean ad foreseen with shower, sink and wc. All in good condition. Breakfast was good, enough variety, quality fruits and eggs. Easy parking at hotel parking place.

A good experience and would stay here again. Restaurant closed Sunday evening. Staff helpful and courteous. Secure car parking at €15. Just a few small things: The size of the welcome card printing was very small to read. The shower spray head slide pole was very loose, Had difficulty sliding the head up for washing my hair. We did find the walking map to the old quarter very helpful, but only by chance did my wife find it in our bedroom. Four estrellas is about right.

Went here because of the good reviews, but the place is run down and pretty awful. The rooms smell like smoke and ash (no smoking allowed); we tried multiple as we had to get another room anyway as the toilet and toilet door were not working(...). The staff was rude and shrugged everything off. As a bonus, at 3 am, the bathroom of the new room started making loud noises from all drains; it lasted an hour and again, the staff didn't care at all.
