This is now my home away from home when in Zimbabwe. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are cozy and spacious; I love the tranquil setting of the neighborhood that is safe for morning walks and jogs. Love the outside pool side sitting.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. They listen to suggestions and advice - especially on the issue of conference convenience rooms that need constant, regular monitoring and cleaning when there is a workshop going on. One thing I was not happy about was that I could not print 2 pages of an urgent document that needed to be signed and scanned back. REALLY???? Because of 20cents USD? I know we can do better, especially after client has paid so much for use of the venue and conference facilities.
