I love this place. So peaceful and colourful. Garden is very beautiful and the swimming pool is so big. You can really enjoy and relax. Perfect for family and kids Food and service is really upon the standards. I will definitely come back.

The rooms are awful, in need of a serious revamp, our room smelt of damp, there were lots of ants, paint crumbling off the damp walls, dark & dingy rooms no air con in the bedroom. Very dated. Nowhere near enough sunbeds around the pool and food in the resturant was terrible. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere but they do have a free shuttle bus into Maspalomas. Don't be fooled by the the outdoor pictures advertising this place! The pool was freezing and in need of repair.

My room was dirty and in a bad condition. The room was also dark and it was sparsely equipped. It didn't even include a water cooker. The bathroom was in an especially bad state. The shower was open and the entire bathroom automatically got flooded when using it. It was unpleasant to use the bathroom. Service personell was nice. The area doesn't invite to for walks or anything.
