We had an incredible week at this hotel! The design is stunning, with beautiful outdoor spaces and a great mix of activities, from Pilates to movie nights. Our room was spotless and had an amazing sea view that made every day feel special. The staff were all genuinely lovely and went out of their way to make our stay special. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful hotel. Amazing gym & brilliant classes on offer. Fantastic service throughout our stay, they offer a WhatsApp service with instance responses. Great for booking restaurants etc. Staff are all incredibly friendly. Breakfast was 10/10 Will be back for sure!! Would highly recommend.

We had a very disappointing stay at Fzeen Retreats in Kefalonia. While we appreciated the kindness of the staff, and we must say the diner menu at Gaia restaurant is good and the gym is excellent, the rest of the experience fell far below expectations, especially for the price we paid. First and foremost, the hotel does not match what is shown in the pictures or described online. We were shocked to discover that the beach is not directly accessible from the hotel grounds; instead, there is a public road and a separate restaurant in between. This is never made clear in the photos or descriptions. Moreover, the views which are marketed as serene and scenic were marred by electric cables running through the landscape. At the main pool and restaurant area, our view was of the parking lot. For a place that charges €779 per night, this was incredibly disappointing. The room we were given also didn’t match what we had booked. It had visible stains on the floor and even on the sink desk totally unacceptable at this price point. When I reported this to the manager, she simply said the stains “don’t go away” and offered no meaningful solution. We initially booked for 4 nights but ended up cutting our stay short by a night because we felt completely misled by the presentation of the hotel. We asked to check out immediately upon seeing the room « superior raw retreat » and requested a refund, which was refused. The only “solution” offered was a room change which didn’t address the more significant issues like the obstructed views, beach access, and misleading marketing. It’s incredibly disappointing that a place positioning itself as a luxury retreat would hide so many important details from guests on booking platforms and their website. Unfortunately, Fzeen Retreats is not what it claims to be, and we would not recommend it to others looking for an authentic, high-quality experience.
