FabHotel Meera Palace

I booked a hotel through MakeMyTrip, but when I arrived, the hotel owner told me that they had no booking in my name and that the property was actually under construction, so they couldn’t provide me a room. I immediately contacted Fab Hotels customer care, but they said they couldn’t help and asked me to call MakeMyTrip. When I contacted MakeMyTrip, they tried reaching the hotel, but the owner refused to answer or speak to them. After making me wait for almost 2 hours, MakeMyTrip finally issued a refund. This was extremely inconvenient as I had traveled a long distance with my parents, only to be left stranded. To make matters worse, the hotel owner later said he had a “big room” available for my family but demanded a much higher price. This clearly shows that the hotel was running a scam.

One of the worst rooms and owner I have seen till date. Rooms don’t have proper functioning taps, Elevator not working so we have to climb 3 floors after that they mentioned that they will provide hot water, breakfast free and mini refrigerator but the real story is mini refrigerator was not working hot water is not given and also kitchen is permanently closed so owner is said that we don’t give that types of amenities and owner was so rude like we have feelings to slap him. While my frds were complaining this , owner said don’t dare to talk me like this and this is my tone, and also tv is not working as well. So please be aware while booking this property

Very very bad experience with his hotel kindly avoid to stay. -elevator not working in hotel - hot water not available at bathroom - TV not working in the room - AC remot provide 11.30 pm and checkin approx 7.30pm - Have booked with Breck fast but kitchen not available and breakfast not provided at hotel. -Very rudely behaviour of hotel owner.
