The room is very spacious but the sofa is stained and dirty. The location is excellent. Imbi LRT station just right in front.
It is the same tower as berjaya times square hotel but it's under different management. There isn't any proper check in area. Have to call the management and they will come down to to lobby to give you access card. Was being told to give a deposit of RM 100 when checking in which was not stated in any of the terms and condition. During check out, was told that RM 10 was being deducted from my deposit for tourist tax. According to Malaysian law, tax was included when booked through online platform. Beware and not to be scam by the management.
When I come with bags to the checkin they say no storage room, but in booking it says there is storage room, they cancelled and replied fast, so 3 stars for service
