While the non-functioning elevator posed a slight inconvenience, our accommodating staff went above and beyond to assist. During our visit, we enjoyed a delightful mix of family celebrations and exploration, from invigorating morning runs at Tabaco Pier to the unique experience of visiting the "Vanishing Island." Our hotel's central location offers unrivaled convenience, with a tantalizing array of attractions just steps away. Our stay at the façade was an excellent experience and we will be staying there in the future. We would like to mention that the employees are excellent and provide great customer service but, one employee that went above and beyond what I’ve ever experienced at a hotel was a young woman named Tressia. She was always friendly and welcoming, and was able to answer any questions and take care of any issues that came up. Her customer service was excellent and she should be a manager.

I got to stay in the Standard Room. It's a pretty decent room. My concern is the lack of table. I eat and work on the same table that's not big enough to accommodate both at the same time. Another concern was the elevator. Since the hotel is on the 4th floor, I had to go up 4 flights of stairs. Food was good enough and not pricey! Staff were polite and helpful.
