The valet team, especially Lewis and Kelvin, greeted us with genuine warmth and efficiency, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. Service throughout the hotel was top-tier. Burak’s butler team was consistently attentive, thoughtful, and professional—always anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. Tyler from Guest Recognition made sure every detail of our stay was special, going above and beyond to help us celebrate both a birthday and anniversary with personal touches we’ll never forget. The food, drinks, and overall ambiance were simply amazing. Every meal was beautifully presented and full of flavor, and the bar staff truly knew how to craft a memorable cocktail. Our room was spotless, with decor that felt crisp, elegant, and inviting. The private patio was serene, and both the pool area and breakfast service were equally impressive. The entire property—from the lush grounds to the meticulous housekeeping—was impeccably maintained. Traveling with two young children, we were especially touched by how wonderfully they were treated. From surprise souvenirs and thoughtful toys to the warm, personal attention from every staff member, our kids felt like a little prince and princess the entire stay. Faena is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Miami, and the Forbes rating is well-deserved. The staff’s warmth, sincerity, and attention to detail made this a flawless experience. We can’t wait to return. Perfection.

This is by far one of the best hotels in Miami Beach in my opinion. It's so relaxing, very quiet, little garden area in the back, beautiful elephant exhibit, the beach is a few steps away.. and the service is impeccable. We had a great experience with Luis from the Valet he truly made the experience better. Was very attentive to us and provided us with everything we needed upon our arrival.
