A fantastic experience – we will definitely be back! Our stay at this hotel was exceptional from the first moment. The staff was extremely welcoming and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The room was crystal clean, stylishly furnished and very comfortable. The hotel facilities such as the pool, spa and restaurant were at a high level – fresh food and fast service. The location was perfect: close to the center but at the same time quiet and relaxing. Every detail showed care and dedication to the guests. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality, tranquility and excellent service!

The reception service was very poor — I am dissatisfied, and the staff showed a careless attitude toward their work. On the other hand, the service at the bars, by the pool, and the external staff within the hotel area was excellent — a solid five plus. As for the quality of the hotel, the standard and finish of the building and rooms were completely decent. I’m not sure it deserves 5 stars — I would give it 4 at most. However, the food was fantastic — definitely 5-star quality. As for the pools, they are a bit small and the water is not clear. There is clearly a problem with water quality in this country. So it’s okay for children, but the water is definitely not five-star quality. That said, it’s acceptable. The pools are sufficient, but I would rate them at most four stars or 3 stars. To sum up, my overall opinion is positive, and I would consider coming back here again in the future. However, the quality is not quite sufficient for the price paid. I understand that this country is still developing and learning, which is why we’re giving it a chance and supporting it — but there’s still some work to be done.

At first glance, the hotel seemed nice, but then the problems started. We had booked a room with a sea view, but we were given one overlooking another hotel. So I went to the reception and said we wouldn’t stay in that room because it’s not what we paid so much money for. After an hour of arguing, they finally changed our room. We had just arrived, and everything was already going wrong. The food was cold, the all-inclusive drinks were served from a tent where staff handed them out half-heartedly, everything was watered down, and there was no selection. The bar by the pool was not included you had to pay extra despite having all-inclusive. In the bathroom, the mirror was cracked, and the showered was ripped out. The hotel staff were extremely unfriendly, not a single smile or any understanding. Although the hotel looks nice from the outside, I definitely won’t be coming back! They’re far from reaching European standards, let alone international ones !
