Location is definitely amazing. You just walk out of the suites and there it is Pavillion etc. The price is also good. I want to highlight the bed, the bed is VERY comfortable and soft the pillow is amazing. I have a hard time waking up every morning because I want to sleep in, the bed, pillow, blanket is that amazing. The bed is the highlight of my stay. And what is more, the AC is facing the bed, so it is perfect. And the staff is very friendly, the male employee has very good PR. He answered our questions thoroughly and tone used, gestures are professional and polite. The lady is also exceptional as she also explained the procedures. I would come back here again ✨

Warning - the photos on their website are 30+ years old. We booked the 3 bedroom “executive suite”. On check in a bond deposit was paid of RM300. It’s been 3 months & I am still waiting for a refund. Have emailed at least 10 times and they play the handball game. Check with your bank why you haven’t received the deposit back. I am so confident this is never going to show up. Checked into our apartment - furniture was stained & old - cupboard doors creaked - warm water not hot water for showers. TV is as old as the hills as are the channels that never worked. There was nothing nice about the rooms at all. The safety deposit box was far from safe. The main door to the room wouldn’t close securely we slept with the chair against the door followed by our suitcases. The overall building needs a good clean and maintenance. What was good? The location! Great location. The availability of the laundry facilities was good. Thats where it started and ends. I would love to hear from management of the property & not from the only one gentleman that appeared to work every shift.

Location is great and hotel staff were polite, but the property itself was a huge disappointment. It’s inside a run‑down mall, with multiple unsafe, non‑air‑conditioned elevators and corridors full of mold. Room smelled strongly of bug spray. The “living room” shown in photos is actually the hotel reception — very misleading. The safe in my room didn’t work; after reporting it, a maintenance man entered my room without permission while I was changing — a serious violation of privacy and safety. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place.
