The best thing about this hotel is the staff. The front desk is well-staffed, and they all speak English very well. The valet service is convenient and inexpensive. The rooms are not super beautiful, but they are plenty large and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which is included.
Overall, the hotel offered decent value for the price paid. The breakfast exceeded expectations with a variety of options and quality offerings. However, the subpar room condition, including mildew growth on the windows, was disappointing and not up to acceptable standards.
I'm an ifood delivery man and this hotel has the most rude, arrogant, and ill-mannered receptionists That I have known in my time living here in Florianopolis, first and last time that I take an order to that hotel
