We checked in on June 2025 and the service was amazing. They greeted warmly, and were very nice with the registration. The property is large, and plenty of places to walk around and facilities. The downside however is the rooms. The room itself is clean, cold, and plenty of space to move around. The shower and toilet is just enough, leaving more room for the area for living. The downside which I believe is pretty crucial is the construction. We constantly hear people coming in and out of the neighboring rooms, which constantly shocks up with the door slams, moving furnitures from above, and running water when the neighbors right next to us takes a shower. It's just not as sound proof. If only the hotel were to put a soft-close mechanism for the doors, this would make the stay much more pleasant
Thank you Ros and restaurant team for amazing breakfast every morning. They offer us local food specials, fresh juice and coffee and unique stalls. The reception team are super friendly too. Location is okay but not great. Swimming pool is very relaxing. The cleanliness of the tiles can be improved.
Stayed here for four days as part of our group trip to Bali. Hotel located close to airport. Rooms are excellent. Linen very good quality. Bathroom is spacious, neat and basic amenities are kept. Food was superb. Enjoyed the breakfast well. Service rendered by the staff was top notch. But the welcome experience was not at par. It was a total mess there at reception, may be because we thirty people were there. Had to carry the luggage ourselves to the room, this was my first experience ever in hotel of this sort. Two days later we saw another group being welcomed in a true professional manner. Again for check out we ourselves had to carry all the luggage down. Overall good experience. But there is scope for improvement
