We went to Goa for our first wedding anniversary, all staff at Fairfield Anjuna were extremely accommodating and kind. Upon inquiry during check-in, they provided us with a room upgrade, a complimentary chocolate cake midnight of the anniversary. A special thanks to Mr. Riju, the onsite manager, who personally reached out to ensure our stay was comfortable and seamless. We were also touched by the thoughtfulness of Mr. Buddhadeb from housekeeping, who created beautiful towel art for us every day — it was a delightful surprise to return to after our outings. Since our trip was mainly about café hopping and beach sunsets around Goa, we only dined at the property once, but the experience was fantastic. The chef and sous-chef personally suggested dishes and made sure we enjoyed our meal thoroughly. Our 5-night stay was nothing short of amazing — we felt right at home from the very beginning and thoroughly pampered throughout. A huge thank you to the entire team at Fairfield by Marriott Goa Anjuna for their incredible hospitality and for making our special occasion truly memorable! ✨

Stayed for a night in February. Good stuff: The buffet breakfast spread is big value for money. The staff is courteous. The property is well maintained and rooms are really clean. the bathroom products are on the best! They provided early check-in Bad stuff: The swimming pool water needs more cleanliness as there was little to no visibility even in broad daylight. The view expectations were better but can't do anything over there. Staff didn't do anything special for special occasion even after mailing or room upgrade.

*Disappointing Stay* I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations in several areas. *Hospitality*: The hospitality was particularly lacking. As a guest, you expect a certain level of warmth and attentiveness from the staff, which was noticeably absent during my stay. *Hygiene*: The hotel's hygiene standards were also a concern. Cleanliness is non-negotiable in any hospitality setting, and this hotel failed to meet those basic standards. *Service Delays*: The service was slow, making an already unpleasant experience even worse. *Laundry Issues*: To top it off, I sent some clothes to the laundry service, but they were not returned clean. This added to the overall disappointment of my stay.Also they charged for the same ,even after knowing that the clothes returned aren’t clean. Given these issues, I would caution potential guests to carefully consider their options before choosing this hotel. With some improvements in hospitality, hygiene, and service, this hotel could potentially offer a more enjoyable experience for its guests.
