Fairfield by Marriott Guangzhou Tianhe Park

I was particularly impressed by the friendly and helpful nature of the hotel staff, who consistently exceeded expectations. My room, although not as spacious as some other Fairfield properties I've stayed in, served its purpose well. The daily housekeeping service was excellent, and the complimentary water and two daily sodas were a nice perk. Having a toothbrush, toothpaste, and a comb provided was very convenient. Additionally, the breakfast selection offered a good range of options.

Had a good stay on my trip Guangzhou. Location is good, nearby to city centre. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The food options at the buffet breakfast are really good. Definitely will return to stay on my future trip to Guangzhou.

We stayed at this hotel for a family holiday and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The property does not reflect the photos online and feels more like a budget hotel, offering poor value for the price. The room layout was impractical, with an outdated toilet located right beside the bed and no proper privacy. We also encountered bed bugs during our stay, which was very concerning. Breakfast was limited, not halal friendly and generally underwhelming. The location is far from the city centre, making it inconvenient for tourists. Reception staff were unhelpful and not able to effectively assist English-speaking guests. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to international travellers.
