Fairfield Inn & Suites Indio Coachella Valley delivers a top-notch experience at a very reasonable price. The service was excellent—staff were attentive, welcoming, and professional. The room was clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. From the quality of the accommodations to the overall atmosphere, everything exceeded expectations. This is a fantastic option for anyone visiting the area, and I would highly recommend it.

I can not stress how awful the customer service and management are at this hotel. Do yourself a favor and find one of the many other great hotels around this area instead of this one. I have had issues with this hotel before. Unreliable booking, being dismissed by management when I had questions about reservations, cleanliness etc. However, this experience was the last straw. We booked out 6 MONTHS in advance in preparation for an event we were attending. The day before we left, luckily, I logged into my Bonvoy account and didn't see the reservation. When I called they said it had been cancelled by Management a month ago. No call, email, or text. Just cancelled. When I asked why, they said it was because the card on file didn't work (the same card that has been linked to my account for 3 years and the same card that worked when we booked our backup hotel). No notification at all for a chance to either help fix the issue they are having or to even know our room was cancelled. The front desk and management were utterly useless in helping us aside from the typical "sorry nothing we can do now". So we paid double for a room at another place, still with no explanation given as to why they said the card didn't work. Please do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. This place is one of the worst run hotels I have ever seen.

I checked in late after a long 11 hr drive w children. There was no one at the counter to greet me, I thought I was at the motel 6 After waiting to check in someone named Alicia appeared stone faced no smiles no greeting I felt like I was bothering her she was so rude to me treated me like I was wasting her time I asked her some questions regarding my deposit and she said something so sarcastic I was taken back. Never before had I been greeted like that. Alicia should Not be greeting any customers she has a chip on her shoulders and I did not need that at 11 pm. She really frustrated me so much so I’m still upset and decided to write this review. I want Marriott to know because of Alecia , I will Never stay at another Marriott I’m going back to Hilton where customers are welcomed. The worst customer service I’ve had in a long while. Can’t wait to check out!!
