⚠️ Critical Staff Training Gap on Women's Health Amenities ⚠️ We recently spent 2 nights at Marriott Jodhpur and overall found it to be a decent stay for the price point. The hotel meets Marriott's standards for safety and security, which we appreciate about the brand. The live Rajasthani singer during high tea added a lovely traditional touch to the dining experience. Do note that the hotel is located on the outskirts of Jodhpur, so you'll need a car to explore the city as it takes about 15-20 minutes to reach most attractions - not too bad, but worth considering when planning your stay. 👇 Feedback To Consider 👇 However, I need to bring a significant concern to management's attention regarding staff training. When we requested "a sanitary bag" during our stay, multiple staff members were completely unfamiliar with this basic amenity. Despite several attempts to explain what we needed, they ultimately offered us a regular plastic bag as a solution. I was genuinely shocked that in 2025, staff at a prestigious hotel chain like Marriott would be unaware of such fundamental women's hygiene amenities and their importance! This was genuinely surprising for a Marriott property. While we might expect such gaps in service knowledge at smaller, independent hotels, Marriott's reputation is built on consistent, professional hospitality standards. This suggests a clear training gap that needs to be addressed, particularly regarding women's health and hygiene needs. All in all, the hotel is good for a stay at a decent rate but the management should prioritise comprehensive staff training on all guest amenities and services to maintain the brand's expected level of service quality.

had a great stay, the food was good, could be better but the stay was really pleasent and services was prompt and satisfactory. has parking and ample of space for family trips and big events, we stated we needed joint rooms, they promplty adjusted for more people. would recommend to have better food quality, atmosphere 9/10, food 5/10, cleanliness 8/10, service 9/10 its a good place.

The stay was good, as I was traveling alone I felt pretty safe staying alone. I have to mention especially about the people at the front desk were very polite and helpful above all they were all welcoming. I can not stop without mentioning the food, the food was immaculate. I tried the cold coffee there n I barely like it outside but here it was yummy I had ordered everyday of my stay. The overall experience was good. The only thing I want to mention is the room cleaning which was done after I left the hotel for a while behind me. I realised that someone went through my stuff. My cosmetics were open n touched when I was not in the room also my jewellery was removed from the bag I kept in the washroom which was unacceptable anyway that jewellery was not precious but still. Even the food I bought from outside was opened so I had to throw it. If in case the room service is coming n cleaning once we leave the premise they are not allowed to touch our belongings, I am glad I kept all my valuables in the suitcase and locked it otherwise I am pretty sure that will be also messed with. I guess the hotel staff should check into it. Other then that my stay was good I will say lil bit of trust n I will give this place a 5 but for now it's 4.
