Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean and everyone is very friendly. There is a grocery store about a 5 min walk down the road. The hotel is not in the central area, but it is about a 10 min walk to great restaurants and a mall or about a 20 min walk to the Indian and Inka markets. Breakfast is good, but fairly simple. Recommend grabbing food at local venues.
This is by far my favorite Marriott property. The sincere and genuine hospitality truly shines here. Thank you to the team who left me such a beautiful cards and treats as a token of their appreciation. If you are staying in Lima stay here, you will be treated so kindly.
Very disappointing stay at Fairfield Lima Miraflores. Our room was extremely cold, and even after multiple requests, the front desk refused to provide a heater—just kept offering extra blankets, which did nothing. The room also had a humidity problem and smelled bad the entire time. We stayed for 2 nights and were uncomfortable throughout. For a hotel in this price range, we expected basic comfort and better customer service. Definitely not recommended.
