I was staying here for 3 nights with my Indonesian colleague for a company visit. It was pleasant. Room was super clean, breakfast was good, mini market is downstairs and very good location. Thank you for the service. Would love to comeback.

Enjoyed our stay.Breakfast was amazing with great varieties of foods to choose from and new additions each day. Reasonable price, nice locations to attractions,10-15mins walk to the metro station. Room was clean with necessary accessories like slippers, toothbrush and paste, body gel and lotion, iron and iron board, tea and electric kettle, towels and bathrobes. And in the bathroom, you have the robe to attach inorder to hang washed cloths etc. Staff were amazing and helpful even with lending umbrella when it’s raining. Check in and out was fast Side note:you can rent an umbrella right outside the hotel. 2)There’s a mini store infront of the elevator downstairs. 3)There’s a free coffee machine right beside the receptionists stable. Won’t mind staying in this one on our next trip. Thanks!

¥50,000 JPY in cash was stolen from my wallet inside my locked room at Fairfield by Marriott Shanghai Pudong Central. Card access records showed that only a housekeeping staff member — hired through an outsourced cleaning service — entered my room during the time of the theft. I reported it to the police. The hotel refused to take any responsibility, threatened to sue me for defamation, and a manager even laughed at me during questioning. There are no cameras inside the rooms, so the thief couldn’t be formally charged — but the evidence is clear. I trusted Marriott. That trust was broken. Avoid this hotel. It is not safe.
