Pretty good experience. Check in ppl nice, got a high level suite corner view room, kind of modern. Location is close to airport and the most of the touristy spots. And free breakfast! Perfect for a points-redeem stay!

Everything about this hotel is weird. I've paid room for 3 people but all stuffs inside room only for 2 people (towel, water bottle, etc), all the guests ignore "no smoking" sign and all staffs can do nothing only sorry to us, then i can̈not sleep because the room itself has a bad odour of cigarettes.. i have to turn off the AC and open the small window to circulate the air.. but still the cigarettes smells keeps coming and i dont know where it come from. All staffs cannot speak english... and last about the toilet door.. it's terrible..

Avoid, avoid, avoid! Even though this hotel is located very close to the railway station, go to a different place. Being close to the station is not that beneficial in Xi’an as there is nothing to do close to the hotel. Stay close to the city instead. First of all, even though they are friendly, the staff does not speak any English at all. So, not much conversation during checkin. You cannot ask about restaurants or taxis etc. The room was nice - good size, nice decor, clean and good. However, the AC in the room wasn’t working at all. Also, the water in the shower randomly goes from very hot to very cold. I thought maybe it’s a timing thing and it only happens when mist people are taking showers in the morning. But no. Even at 2am it was the same experience. Also the water pressure is very low. There is hardly any water pressure. There must be something very wrong. I understand this is a budget hotel but still. At least one expects the shower to work properly. Maybe this was isolated to my room as I did not see other reviewers commenting about this. The breakfast is okay…just basic stuff.
