Fairfield Inn & Suites Natchitoches

There is no indoor pool! It’s outside There is only one washing machine for the whole hotel and it’s disgusting. Definitely not up to code. The gym is terrible. Marriott’s usually have outstanding facilities not this one, PROS: The staff is great! Level 3 rooms are definitely better than level 2. No idea about 1. Cleaning staff does a great job. I miss having lemon water in the lobby? Where that feature go? Most of them have that. Also hot water why is there no hot water for tea at night? This Marriott is not like the rest it’s definitely just meh or worse.

The Hotel was OK. The service was average, the comp breakfast was over salty but fine. The room was dirty. they clearly didn't vacuum and there were nail clippings all over the floor and hair balls like someone cleaned their brush and left the hair.

Room 124: there are no blackout blinds on the window and the parking lot lights are shining directly into the room making it difficult to sleep. Told the polite host working the desk and he knew of the issue, stating he’s talked to management about it now over 10 times but they have not resolved it. Hotel is full so there’s no alternative rooms to move to. Employees: good. Management: disappointing. Expect better for $170/night
