Fairfield Inn & Suites New York Manhattan Times Square South

This hotel was recommended by other reviews and I agree it was a great place to stay. No issues at check-in. Jeffrey and the staff were great. Room was clean, comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. The only thing I'd say about the room is there needs to be a tiny end table on the double queen rooms next to the bed next to the bathroom wall. Breakfast was excellent each morning with little to no waiting on food placement when things ran out. The only issue we had was the salt shakers need a little help in the humidity. Again great place, great room and short walking distances to nearby attractions.

We had an amazing stay! From the very beginning, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. Jeffrey was outstanding, every time we mentioned something, it was taken care of within 12 hours, no matter how small. On top of that, the hotel offered us kind commercial gestures to apologize for any minor inconveniences, which we truly appreciated. All the staff members were always smiling, warm, and genuinely friendly, which made the atmosphere so pleasant and inviting. It really felt like they went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

Great, clean hotel and very close to Penn Station, within a 10 minute walk. The staff specifically Christopher, John, Hana and Jeff W. were super attentive! My friend and I had a birthday weekend for the books and their service enhanced the experience. A nice upgrade was given and appreciated! We were there for 3 days and only had the long elevator wait twice; breakfast/checkout time. The hotel is next to what appears to be a shelter and there are certain sketchy characters out and about, but we had no issues even with entering at 4am. We reserved the getaway rate, so received a free large pizza from Bread Factory. It arrived to the lobby and we were able to get small boxes to make it more portable at the bar. Like I said all staff, even housekeepers, were personable and we felt great. I took off a star since the rate jumped up $50 in 10 minutes when looking to book the stay, but I recommend and would return!
