Fairfield Inn & Suites New York Midtown Manhattan Penn Station

I had a fantastic experience checking into the Fairfield Inn & Suites at 325 W 33rd St in NYC, thanks to Shea and Danny at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. They reminded me about the complimentary breakfast in the morning and told me about the Happy Hour on the hotel’s beautiful rooftop—both of which were great highlights during my stay. On top of that, the complimentary popcorn in the lobby was such a thoughtful and fun touch—it really added to the welcoming vibe of the hotel. It’s little things like this, paired with outstanding service, that make a place memorable. Shea and Danny truly set the tone for an excellent stay. I’ll absolutely be back!

Location was super convenient for us, we flew into JFK, took train to Penn Station. Rooms are a bit small, but clean. Hotel let us check-in super early and even let us get breakfast on the day we checked in. Free breakfast was decent with a nice selection of hot and cold items. Roof top bar gave a nice view of Manhattan. Very satisfied, would stay there again, especially if I was going to a concert or event at Madison Square Garden.

I’ve stayed here twice. This hotel feels well loved. The rooms aren’t big and there are no fridges in the standard single or 2 bed room. Both stays I had to contact the front desk and they were super responsive and helpful.
