From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcomed and genuinely cared for—not just as a guest, but as a person. There was a situation during my stay where I needed some unexpected assistance, and Heidi didn’t hesitate to step in and help. Not only did she resolve the issue quickly and professionally, but she did so with warmth, patience, and a smile that made all the difference. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated and attentive, and her level of care turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive memory. I had an amazing experience at the Marriott in Enfield, CT! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were super cozy, and I slept like a dream! The hotel amenities were fine—clean and well-maintained. The location was also perfect, with easy access to dining and attractions. I truly appreciated the exceptional customer service and attention to detail throughout my stay. I highly recommend this Marriott to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in Enfield. I will definitely be returning!

Beautiful hotel—very clean and well-maintained. I stayed for two nights while attending a basketball tournament, and overall, I had a great experience. The room was clean and nicely set up, and the staff were friendly and professional. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the pillows. They were extremely flat and offered no support—my neck was aching after the first night. I requested replacements, and while the new ones were slightly better, they were still too flat and uncomfortable. It really impacted my sleep. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. With better pillows, this would’ve been a perfect stay.
