This was our second year at Fairholm Boutique Inn and once again, our stay was fantastic! Staff are so friendly, helpful, and professional. Love the convenience of texting with staff (ex: please turn on the fire pit under the pergola for us!). Loved the covered veranda to start our morning and the pergola with fire pit and patio lights unwind at the end of the day! Great location-close enough to waterfront that it’s a 900m walk but out of the busyness of downtown. Also, excellent location for walking to shops nearby. Room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

Our stay at Fairholm was exceptional. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful (specifically Sam who we mostly dealt with, but anyone we interacted with). They went above and beyond to assist with any questions or needs. The grounds are beautiful, we had an apartment and it was so nice to have the option the make food and sit at one of the outdoor spaces and have dinner or breakfast. When you want to go out everything downtown/waterfront is a few minutes walk. The most ideal location. The apartment was spacious, well stocked, clean and just perfect. Not a single complaint or issue. Would recommend and return without a doubt.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at this historic and charming inn. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the waterfront, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The property itself is beautiful. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit during the evenings, and having breakfast on the lovely patio in the mornings. It's clear that this is a historic building, and with that comes a few small details that could use a touch of TLC, like some minor repairs in our bathroom, and the building's entryway. These were very minor things though and didn't take away from our experience at all. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to others.
