Fairlane Hotel

What a fabulous hotel. I stayed here for three nights at the start of August 2025. From arriving the staff were welcoming and warm. The staff at check in were extremely helpful into getting the room changed for us at such a last minute request. Isaiah and Katie were wonderful. Would definitely return again. Thank you for everything!!!

While I normally tend to frequent the big name hotel chains while traveling for work, I could not be more pleased with my stay at the Fairlane. The rooms were clean and well maintained, with a comfortable bed. The location has you within walking distance to abundant amount of eating establishments or all price points, and a block away from painters alley and 3 blocks from Broadway st for drinks and entertainment. All that aside, the star of this gem is the Service. From the gentleman at the front door to the folks at the counter, to the housekeeping and restaurant and bar staff, everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. I will definitely be back!!

Somehow this classy, retro hotel feels like a mom and pop bed and breakfast! Complementary champagne at check in, was the start of the best customer service I have EVER had in Nashville. Let's talk about Elijah! I would give him 10 stars if I could. He was so warm and welcoming the entire stay. I gave the room 4 stars only because the pocket doors weren't the best for a group of 4 friends, and there was a slight issue. This brings in Denton! He was so friendly and so helpful, I wanted him to hang out with us after he helped us! Both of those gentlemen deserve a raise! Overall, beautiful hotel, amazing location, on site bar and cafe, and customer service are worth another trip to the Fairlane!
