Very comfortable room. Nice amenities. Great location. Outstanding staff - to a one they were attentive, kind, warm and professional. Comfortable bed and great bathroom (we had two sinks, which I love). The food we had there was great and all items are identified by the allergens they contain. The bell staff was really helpful during our last day. Although the fitness center was not open while we were there, they provided a voucher for Virgin Active, a well run, full service gym less than 5 minutes walk away.

During my 7-night stay in Cape Town, I experienced a warm welcome and excellent hospitality from the hotel and the people I met. The kindness and big-hearted nature of the locals made my visit truly memorable. I had a great experience exploring the city and interacting with its wonderful people. Leaving Cape Town, I feel as though I am leaving behind a place I could call a second home. It’s a bittersweet feeling, and I am genuinely sad to go back home. I look forward to visiting again someday.

Noxy at reception greeted us with the kindest smile and made every check-in and question feel effortless. Manager Heinrich leads with grace — you can feel his care in every detail of the hotel.
