I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel instantly welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and I especially enjoyed the beautiful view from my window. What truly made the experience special was the attention to detail and exceptional service. The hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options, and the staff were always friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any request. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

I can say it is 3 stars hotel. Why? Check in, we arrived 2:30 pm, receptionist asked me to wait till 3:00 pm, they kept me waiting till 3:15 pm! Is room clean! It is super consumed room, needs renew some furnitures. We asked them for plug , we waited 3 h then they brought pillow! Morning 8:00 am, after breakfast, our key card dis activated, why! No refrigerator in the room! Only one towel in bathroom! No facial tissue in the room! Good breakfast

The towers themselves are very cool and its great to say I've stayed in them. However. From the beginning the service was horrible. It took 45 minutes to check in. Literally. After waiting our turn for 25 minutes, it was then our turn and, after paying, we then were told we couldn't get our room key and had to sit and wait for 30 more minutes till our card was prepared. We decided to visit the pool area after checking in but the way its laid out, it was already in the shade and too cold, so we decided to do the indoor pool but there was nowhere near enough chairs available and we could sit anywhere. Horrible design. Its a pool space for 5 guests, not hundreds. We went to the 19th floor bar, and were told that all the seats near the windows were reserved. We came at 19:00. No one was there. We stayed for a drink and left around 20:00, and it was still empty. The breakfast the next morning was chaotic and bad layout. The food was fine though, plenty of options but difficult to navigate. We parked our car for free in the garage below the hotel. The room itself was fine. Spacious and comfortable bed. But the service level at such a hotel was absolutely shocking. For the price, stay somewhere else.
