What a wonderful stay we had! The rooms are beautiful, and we were even upgraded to a stunning ocean-view suite. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the room had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff—especially at the front desk and the bellman, were incredibly accommodating and welcoming. The rooftop bar is a must-visit, perfect for enjoying breathtaking sunsets. We’ll definitely be back! 🫶🏼

We stayed at the Fairmont Breakers Long Beach for a family trip to the Warped Tour. I chose this hotel because it was within walking distance of the event, and we were traveling with both a three-year-old and a 15-year-old. I knew our toddler wouldn’t last all day at the festival, so having a nearby hotel with a pool was essential. Most hotels had raised their prices for the weekend, but Fairmont’s pricing remained fair and transparent, which I appreciated. The hotel ended up being beautiful, we loved our stay! All four of us (my husband, our kids, and me) had an incredible time. Every staff member we encountered was warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly. We were on a road trip from Santa Cruz, camping and surfing along the way, so we arrived with an oversized vehicle carrying surfboards and camping gear. The valet staff went out of their way to accommodate us and made sure our gear was safe, we really appreciated that. This hotel was the perfect stop on our California road trip. It gave us the comfort and convenience we needed to enjoy the festival as a family. Everything was seamless, and we left with such great memories. I can’t recommend Fairmont Breakers Long Beach enough!

My partner and I stayed at the Fairmont Breakers Long Beach for a combination of a business trip and to celebrate our anniversary. Overall, the hotel offered a beautiful experience with a few notable highs and one unfortunate low. From the moment we arrived, the valet staff provided exceptional and welcoming service, setting a positive tone for our stay. The bar staff was equally professional and friendly, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was decorated with a clean aesthetic - modern and elegant. We especially appreciated the double sinks, high-quality shower pressure and tech, and the gorgeous city view of Long Beach and surrounding palm trees. The hallways, lobby, and common areas were spotless, and housekeeping and room service were excellent—truly deserving of all their tips. Unfortunately, our experience with hotel management was less than ideal. While celebrating our anniversary, we received two noise complaints related to intimacy. Although we attempted to minimize noise, including turning on the television to mask any sounds, we were still interrupted and ultimately felt discouraged from enjoying our special occasion. Ironically, we were woken up early the next morning by loud construction noises directly above our room—constant banging and power tools for several hours—yet we refrained from making a complaint. In summary, while the Fairmont Breakers Long Beach offers top-tier amenities and service in many areas, I would caution couples looking to celebrate a romantic occasion, as the hotel's approach to noise complaints may feel inconsistent or intrusive.
