Fairmont Dallas

Spent 4 night recently on our visit to Dallas. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We were able to leave our suitcases in the store room until we were heading to the airport. Rooms are good sized with nice views of the city. It is cleaned daily. Location wise, we were pleased with it. The swimming pool is good size for the amount of people who were using it, we had space between us. Would recommend this hotel.

We came to the Fairmont Hotel for a quick 24-hour design trip and needed a comfortable, dog-friendly place to stay and this hotel delivered on all fronts. The property was clean, well-kept, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our suite was spacious enough for both my partner and me plus our three dogs, which is not always easy to find. The room had everything we needed to feel at home for the night. Every interaction with staff was pleasant and professional. The bartender was great, and the overall service exceeded expectations but one person truly stood out: Estevan, the bellhop. He was the absolute star of the show. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He was kind, detail-oriented, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about both the hotel and surrounding area. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and passionate about their role. Estevan is truly a gem and made our short stay not only easier but genuinely enjoyable. Highly recommend the Fairmont for anyone traveling with pets or just looking for exceptional service and a comfortable stay. Ask for Estevan if you want to be in the best hands!

We enjoyed the hotel. They kept our room well stocked. The only downfall was not having a refrigerator that we could use in the room and the elevators sometimes had issues. Otherwise, everyone was friendly and we had a good stay.
