Had a pleasant stay at Fairmont overall. However, the check-in experience could be improved — there was confusion regarding my prepaid breakfast, and with only two staff at reception, the wait was longer than expected. Clearer booking details and better coordination would enhance the guest experience.

Excellent. The room was spacious and elegantly decorated, blending modern luxury with local touches. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I had a great view of the city skyline. Housekeeping was prompt, and the room was spotless each day. The bathroom was large, with a rain shower and premium toiletries. The staff truly made my stay memorable. From concierge to housekeeping, everyone was friendly, responsive, and respectful. A special thanks to Mr. Ahmed at the front desk who arranged a last-minute airport transfer with ease. Overall, my experience at the Fairmont was exceptional. The combination of luxury, service, and local flavor made it stand out. I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers and families alike, and I would definitely return.
