Top-notch Pool and Gym Facilities! Fairmont never disappoints! I had the chance to use their pool and gym during my stay, and both were absolutely excellent. The gym is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with high-quality machines. I really appreciated how well-maintained everything was. There’s also a good selection of free weights and space for stretching or functional training. The service from Elisa is excellent. The swimming pool is a highlight — beautifully designed with a relaxing ambiance. Whether you want to do laps or just chill by the poolside, it’s the perfect spot to unwind. Staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist without being intrusive. Overall, a five-star experience that makes you want to come back again!

Room is spacious and very well kept. Service is excellent throughout my entire stay - everyone is so friendly and helpful, right from check-in until check-out. Pool is of medium size dotted with sun decks, nice to chill out. The gym isn't top notch but as a hotel gym, it serves its guests well. There are yoga/cardio classes every early morning (630/7am) free of charge, so you can start your day with a healthy dose of exercise. Breakfast service is good, plenty of choices although they didn't change any of the menu throughout my 6-day stay.

Check-in was efficient, quicker than most five-star hotels I’ve stayed at. The jacuzzi, cold plunge, and steam room offered are top notch. Coffee’s excellent & breakfast selection’s thoughtfully curated, not simply plentiful. Restful sleep as well amidst the chaos of big family reunion over my cousin’s wedding. Happy to return when I visit Jakarta as Fairmont has comforting elegance, quality of service and strategic location, a true value.
