Fairmont La Marina Rabat Salé

The room was always clean and tidy. Towels and sheets were changed regularly. The staff was polite, quiet, and professional. The public areas like the lobby and halways were also very clean and well-maintained.Thank you to the housekeeping team for their geat work!❤️❤️

I was treated like royalty from the moment I arrived at Fairmont La Marina Rabat-Salé. The staff welcomed me with a warm smile and made me feel truly special. Their hospitality was outstanding—they were always kind, professional, and ready to help with anything I needed. The hotel is beautiful, with amazing views of the river and ocean, and the rooms are stylish, clean, and very comfortable. I felt completely safe during my stay thanks to the 24/7 security presence, which gave me peace of mind throughout. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Overall a very nice hotel and staff at the front desk were very helpful and welcoming. I was however made to feel out of place and policed by staff in other areas beyond the front desk. I felt like I was being racially profiled. I would be asked for my room number when I was simply lounging by the pool. Why would my room information be needed when I am on the top floor of the hotel? If I got that far, the security system would be called into question. I registered my discontent with a manager who dismissed it as a simple security measure. With a sophisticated scan as you enter the hotel there’s no way for a guest who isn’t staying there to end up in obvious pool attire on the rooftop pool. By that time, I had already been at the hotel two days anyhow. White folks lounging right beside me were conveniently missed in that accounting of their whereabouts. This and another experience where I was embarrassed at the restaurant at breakfast and told I gave a number that didn’t exist (staff was shown my room key upon entry) soured what would have been a wonderful experience.
