We had an absolutely delightful stay here. The staff were very lovely and so accommodating. Our dog also had a blast and did not want to leave. We would have appreciated a little more attention to room servicing (nothing to stir coffee cup, cleaning products left behind in the room, dining cart not removed from our room entrance for nearly 24 hours). Overall, we had a marvellous time and look forward to coming back.
We stopped by this hotel and were truly impressed with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was outstanding — every interaction felt genuine and thoughtful. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore the area, The hotel Fairmont Le Chateau Montebello was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this is an awesome place to stay, whether you’re just stopping through or planning a longer visit. We highly recommend it and would definitely return.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel and its grounds were clean and inviting. The food was spectacular - especially the BBQ! Being English, we were not sure what to expect in terms of service - we have had poor experiences at other establishments in the past. The staff at the Chateau were engaging and pleasant - even happy when we tried our best to speak French! The range of activities was excellent, and the Spa was first rate. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
