Fairmont Makati

Hotel was extremely clean & services are great. Staff are very friendly & helpful. The lobby was a great place to hangout & enjoy a wine. We had a late flight home & were able to use the hotel spa to shower before we made our way to the airport.

Exceptional Front Desk Service. Big thanks to the amazing front desk staff — Inah, Ram, UV, and Aaron. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and made our stay truly enjoyable. Check-in was swift and seamless. We were warmly greeted with genuine smiles and a level of attentiveness that made us feel welcome right away. The team made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The hotel ambiance was lovely, and our room was clean and well-maintained. I was especially impressed by the high ceiling — it added a nice touch of space and comfort. The location was also perfect, just right across from the mall, which made everything super convenient. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers who value excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere from the very start.

The hotel is well located in Makati, just across a Mall and main road. The staff were great. My first room was musty, probably due to the rainy weather and carpet floor and the staff was very helpful in moving me to another room. The new room was bit musty too so maybe they should invest in dehumidifiers. The pool was clean and nice. The buffet dinner and Lunch were good and had large variety. Will definitely go back again to this hotel.
