We had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Mayakoba and can’t wait to come back! One of our favorite parts of the trip was riding the complimentary bikes all over the property — such a fun and easy way to explore the beautiful grounds. The beach was absolutely gorgeous — clean, peaceful, and they did an excellent job keeping the seaweed at bay so you could really enjoy the water. The food throughout the resort was very good, with lots of fresh and delicious options. And if you stay here, we highly recommend booking a boat ride through the mangroves with Miguel — it was such a unique and memorable experience, and he made it even better with his knowledge and warm personality. Overall, Fairmont Mayakoba exceeded our expectations — relaxing, scenic, and full of thoughtful touches. Highly recommend!
The Fairmont heritage is absolutely five star, the rooms are incredible the property is beautiful and with access to the other hotels restaurants within the area it makes for a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend taking the boat to the different restaurants for dinner. We were well taken care of by our Butler staff of Miguel and Rodrigo. They were so accommodating and took care of everything we could possibly need. They were so nice and went out of their way countless times to ensure we had a amazing experience. We've already told several friends and family about this property and will return ourselves in the future.
My experience at the spa was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, inviting, and beautifully maintained. The staff were professional, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable; Roberto and Diana were great. The treatment rooms were spotless and serene, creating the perfect environment for relaxation. My massage (or treatment) was exceptional—every detail, from the pressure to the aromatherapy, was tailored to my needs. I left feeling refreshed, renewed, and deeply relaxed. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a luxurious and rejuvenating experience during their stay.
