Fairmont Miramar Hotel

We stayed here during a family trip and had a wonderful time. Our room was a suite, which was perfect for the four of us — spacious, comfortable, and very well laid out. The hotel itself isn’t huge, but it feels cozy, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed. The pool isn’t very large, but it was more than enough for us to relax and enjoy some fun time together. One of the biggest perks was the beach being just a 5-minute walk away — super convenient and easy to access. There’s also a great on-site restaurant and a lovely coffee shop, both of which we enjoyed multiple times during our stay. Another huge plus is the location: there are so many great restaurants and cafes within walking distance, which made exploring the area really fun and easy. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel was a perfect fit for a relaxing and memorable family getaway. Highly recommend!

Excellent staff and Fig at 5 food is delicious. Valet parking is pricey and attendants aren’t very attentive. Resort is old but ocean view is amazing . Overall nice stay. Don’t forget to check out Farmers market on Wednesday and Saturday just down the street

Room was clean and service was top notch. Valet to guest service were wonderful. Room is a bit dated, the shower was difficult to get to not let water go at the tub end, got it to kinda work. But felt like water was wasted. We could see the ocean a bit from the room. Walk to beach wasn’t bad if you go north on the 1. Santa Monica pier was in walking distance as well. That fig tree was amazing planted in 1879!! The night club down low played loud music every night past midnight and could be heard in the room with patio door closed.
