From the rooms to the common spaces, every corner of the property exudes elegance and modern luxury. I simply could not be more positive about what this hotel has to offer. What truly sets the Fairmont Mumbai apart, however, is the service and the culinary experience. The hospitality was unmatched—every interaction with the team felt warm, thoughtful, and refined. The staff were not only attentive, but intuitive, anticipating needs before they were even voiced. Their attention to detail and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction elevated the entire experience. Each of the hotel's venues is a destination in itself. The tea room was serene and refined, offering a perfectly curated experience. The bar was stylish and vibrant, with an exceptional cocktail list and atmosphere to match. And the restaurants—plural, because each one is distinctly impressive—offered immense volume in terms of variety, flavour, and quality. The food was impeccable, showcasing culinary craftsmanship and an eye for presentation. In every respect—design, service, cuisine, and ambiance—the Fairmont Mumbai delivers excellence. I recently stayed at Fairmont Mumbai and was thoroughly impressed. The location is unbeatable—right next to the airport, which made my travel seamless. The property itself is stunning, with luxurious interiors and world-class amenities. What really stood out was the service—warm, attentive, and professional at every touchpoint. From check-in to check-out, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai—whether for business or leisure. I’ll definitely be returning

The hotel looks very impressive. Rooms are large. Beds are comfortable. The entire hotel is over cooled and freezing in public spaces. Didn't like the design of the bathrooms - very impractical to have the WC across the passage from the shower. Restaurants look visually impressive but the quality of food is below average compared to other 5 stars. Ambient music is also too loud, especially at breakfast. Service was generally inept throughout the hotel. Poor service in the restaurants, at the concierge, etc, etc. Training of line staff appears to be an issue. We almost missed our flight since the concierge staff who had been requested to have our car ready for an airport drop off at 2:45 pm could only have it at the door at 3:07 pm.
